Natural Sciences Machine Shop

While doing both graduate and undergraduate research physics students are given access to the Natural Sciences Machine Shop. Students will be trained on all relevant machines and can expect a basic understanding of all machines by completion of training.

The Natural Sciences Machine Shop contains:

• Drill Presses
• Ban Saw
• Manual Lathe
• Manual Milling Machine
• CNC Milling Machine
• Ultra High Vacuum compatible sand blaster
• Other various tools for rough cutting materials
