Non-Hermetic R vs. T Probe:

This probe measures Resistance vs. Temperature of thin films. It is capable of measuring two samples at once using a four point measurement for each sample. The Temperature is also measured using a four point resistance measurement of a PT-1000 resistor.

The purpose of this probe is to characterize different materials with known resistance versus temperature curves to see if the deposition was successful.
