Nikhil is pursuing a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a B.A. in Sociology at USF. After graduating, he plans on attending medical school. He sees himself practicing family medicine since it takes care of a patient’s mental, social, and physical wellbeing. Having taken Dr. Eswara’s General Microbiology course, Nikhil gained an interest in microbiology and its importance in medicine and global health. As a part of this research lab, he hopes to learn more about the field and how research is conducted. In his free time, Nikhil enjoys software development, graphic design, and reading about watches.
